Our Commitment...
We at National Jets / National Air Ambulance are in the business of serving others. As a group we take this philosophy even one step further and apply that service ethic to help charities within our community. Not only did National Jets / National Air Ambulance have toy drives for Miami Children’s and Holt Children’s Hospitals, but we also donated executive charter flights as fundraiser auction items to help raise money for The United Way of Broward County at the "Mayor's Gala" and also for The Children’s Aid Club. We are also part of Angel Flight Network, where patients who may not be able to afford air transportation costs are transported on empty flight legs so they may receive treatments at hospitals around the country. We also support The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Ronald McDonald Houses of Broward & Dade Counties, and The American Cancer Society in their local fund raising events. Haiti Support & Medevacs...
National was one of the first air carriers to transport earthquake victims back to the U.S. along with transporting the first news agencies heading to Haiti to report on the devastation on the island. 2010 - American Cancer Society - "Relay For Life" 
Our Team's Second Year
On April 16, 2010 National Jets / National Air Ambulance participated in the Relay for Life event in Plantation, Florida as we joined together again as a team to fight cancer. We walked together for The American Cancer Society as they continue their funding for great research projects to continue to find cures for cancer.
Our “National Jets Charity Team” (shown above) raised over $5,500 for the “Relay For Life” event that took place on April 16, 2010 in Plantation, FL. The event is put on by the American Cancer Society and all proceeds go to fund cancer research and help pay for expensive cancer treatments. “Teams” each have a camp site along the running track and we take turns having team members walk throughout the night, since cancer never sleeps, that night we won’t either.
 
 
The event's total was $98,000 for the weekend. Thank you to all that supported our team and to our team members who raised funds and came out to the event and walked 18 hours to support the fight against cancer.

National Jets / National Air Ambulance were recently involved as members of the Planning Committee and a Sponsor of the Ronald McDonald Houses 6th Annual Home for the Holidays Night. This event took place December 5, 2009 at this party under the stars in front of the house in Ft. Lauderdale where there was music and dancing along with kids activities including Flogo Snow, Arts & Crafts, decorating the tree, and Ronald McDonald. The event was hosted by Tamara G from 97.3! All funds raised, over $70,000 went to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida that help to run these houses for the parents and their children that are undergoing treatment at local children's hospitals.
